First Thing is Supplies! These are the supplies you will need: •Clear Tape •Scissors •Dotting Tool •Top coat Seche Vite •Morgan Taylor- All white Now •Morgan Taylor- Little Black Dress •OPI- Liquid Sand-Magazine cover mouse   Step 1 Apply polish to clear tape and let it dry completely. Do this with the white & black polish. Step 2 Once the polish is dry you will start cutting the tape into tiny triangles.... Like so.....   You will end up having something like this!  Step 3 Apply a coat of the OPI liquid sand polish & wait about a minute, then start applying the triangles randomly.   Step 4   Once you are pleased with the amount or the placement of the triangles, you will add dots using your dotting tool, and place them randomly too!    Step 5 Add a fast drying top coat to seal in the design & give it a great shine!
